Common issues

Q:

I cannot find the "Antenna" port on the rear of the TV.

A:

While it's usually labeled "Antenna", on some TV makes and models it may be labeled "Over the air", "Terrestrial", "UHF or VHF", or it may not be labeled at all.  It is usually a shiny round threaded plug protruding about 1/4th of an inch. If you still cannot locate it, please visit manualsonline.com, and enter your Make and model to find the Manufacturers documentation. Otherwise, use the contact form below and we'd be happy to assist. Be sure to include your TV Make and Model!

Q:

On the second step, i cannot find the "Menu" Button on my remote.

A:

On most remotes, the Setup or Menu button is labeled "MENU", but on a few it may be labeled "Configure", "settings", or "Options". If you cannot locate the Menu button, most TV sets have a Menu button on the lower right or left section of your TV, either on the front, bottom, or rear near the edge. Often you'll find the power button, volume buttons, channel buttons, and an Input button with the Menu button. If you still cannot locate it, please visit manualsonline.com, and enter your Make and model to find the Manufacturers documentation. Otherwise, use the contact form below and we'd be happy to assist. Be sure to include your TV Make and Model!
